Club Programme 2010 Season

For all meetings, except the auction, members are invited - indeed encouraged - to bring a 10 or 12 page display appropriate to the subject.

Unless a different venue is given below, meetings are at the Royal Philatelic Society of London, 41 Devonshire Place, London W1G 6JY. See Map. The nearest underground stations are: Regents Park (Bakerloo), Baker Street (Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith and Bakerloo), Great Portland Street (Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith), Bond Street (Central), Warren Street (Victoria).

Sun, 9th May London 2010 Exhibition (8th to 15th May 2010), Business Design Centre
Essex Road, London N1
Meeting in the City Suite, Hilton Hotel at 10.00am to 1.45pm, adjacent to the Business Design Centre.
There will be standing material on show but please bring along something.
Sat, 17th July Morning - Chris Tennant – Taxing the Traveller
Afternoon - Members – Please bring anything from a single item to a couple of frames to show – not necessarily relating to transport and travel.
Club dealers' bourse from 10am. Displays from 11am
Sat, 2nd October Society Room/Postal Auction – Participation by members only.
Viewing from 10am, with auction starting at 1pm sharp.

Sat, 23rd October Invitation from the Great Britain Philatelic Society for the Cinderella Stamp Club to join their meeting.
Morning - Great Britain Revenues 1694 to 1883 – Chris Harman.
Afternoon - GB Cinderellas from members of the GBPS and CSC.

AGM and Glass Slipper Trophy Competition 2pm
Thu, 16th December Invitation for the Cinderella Stamp Club to display to The Royal Philatelic Society London.
1pm - 52 Frames of Cinderellas from members of the CSC.
5pm - a paper from Dr Kwame Obeye-Amin – Postal History of Upper Bongoland.
